These are the terms for using ZwayRank. They are short on purpose.
The service
ZwayRank measures how AI engines and Google present your brand and runs a crew of software agents that writes, publishes, posts and fixes on your behalf, within limits you set. It is provided by Zway Studios.
Your account
You need an email address. Keep your password and your sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the crew does with the switches you set.
Your keys and your bill
Every plan runs on your own OpenRouter and DataForSEO keys after the first free scan. Calls to those providers are billed by them to you. ZwayRank shows the spend and enforces the cap you set, but the providers' bills are yours.
What the crew publishes
By default every page and post waits for your approval. If you switch a brand to auto, you are asking the crew to publish without you, and you accept what it publishes. Either way you own the content, and you are responsible for it being lawful and accurate on your site and your channels.
Plans and payment
The free plan is seven days with one brand. Pro is a one-time payment for lifetime access with two brands. Extra brands and the crew add-on are monthly and can be cancelled any time; a cancelled month is not refunded. Payments go through PayPal; we never hold your card details.
Lifetime
Lifetime means for as long as ZwayRank exists as a product. If it ever shuts down, we will say so at least ninety days ahead and give you an export.
Fair use
Do not use ZwayRank to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to publish, and do not attack the service or other customers. We may suspend an account that does.
Our promises and their limits
We work hard to keep the service up and the crew honest, and we tell you plainly when something fails. We do not promise a particular ranking, mention or result: the engines are not ours. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we email account holders before it applies.
